We have fill dirt (clay dirt) & topsoil throughout the year.

Fill dirt is mainly for making a foundation dirt pad for commercial construction or residential house pads.

Topsoil is a grade A dirt that is mostly clean of clay dirt that is great for gardening or land leveling for lawn to grow quick grass on.
